There was an issue with my current solar system where the separate isolator connected to the inverter caught on fire. We were lucky it did not burn the house down due to our brick wall. it did cause damage to the wall though which Captain green are happy to pay for to have it rectified. Please DO NOT have a separate isolator installed by the CAPT Green installer, next to the inverter or on the roof next to the solar panels as the inverter already has an isolator connected to it. Separate Isolators can catch fire and cause some serious damage to your house, even claim lives. We were lucky in our case. Throughout my warranty claim I dealt with Bharti who assisted me and kept me updated on the progress. She provided a professional service and had the damaged inverter replaced with a new inverter within a week which was greatly appreciated by us. Bharti was very courteous and helpful as well. I commend her on her valuable customer service. read less

As you know this is not my first time of me contacting Captain Green re solar. I am also responsible for my daughter and son in law putting a full system onto their home and they are more than happy with the work carried and the results since the installment. With my 1st system installed by Captain Green - some two years/plus ago, purchased from you to replace a "bodgie" installed system by a very" dodgy"solar business, we were more than happy with your service from the start, with the contacts, supply and installation of a full 6.6 system and the money it saved us over the 2 years, right up until we sold the property. I am now in the process of having ordered a new system via Zack at Captain Green to be installed on our new home when building is completed. I look forward to again receiving expert attention and service during this period and I have no hesitation in informing friends and any one else interested in installing solar that they can trust and receive special attention from everyone at Captain Green. Zack and his team however did a great job. They weren’t pushy on sales tactics, they followed up after installation to make sure everything was good, they also used very good installers who were nice and friendly too.
