Installation

After you have placed your order with one of our experienced solar consultants, we handle everything to make sure your installation and connection is completed professionally and efficiently. To give you a better understanding of the procedures involved in bringing you solar energy which will deeply cut your costs for electricity, here are the steps we take to complete your installation.

Step 1 – After your order is received, we submit an application to the power network to notify them that we want to install a PV grid connect system on your property. When we get approval from the power company, our dedicated and professional team installs the PV Array.

Step 2 – When we receive approval to install a PV array grid connect system, which usually takes 3 – 5 working days. Our dedicated scheduling staff will work with you to schedule a date to get your system installed. There are a few factors that need to be taken into consideration when installing your system.

These factors include location, size of system, your lifestyle and schedule. When our team helps you nail down an installation date, your solar panel installation is provided by our highly experienced solar panel installers.

When your installation is completed our team will walk you through all of the instructions on how to monitor and operate your new system. You will be able to ask them any question you need and they will be more than happy to answer and explain them to you so that you have a clear understanding.

Step 3 – Once your final payment has cleared we will send you our special after sales pack. This pack will contain all of things we have discussed and completed for you. The pack will also contain a detailed summary of your system’s warranty. If you have decided to have CGS do the metering of your system, this will be explained as well.

At this time your account will be passed on to a Level 2 accredited service provider who will schedule a date and time that suits you to come out and do the metering work finalising the system’s connection to the grid and get you on your way to saving money.
